Q: If we buy a sponsorship, do we have to attend meetings?
A: No. The executive board meets monthly. Occasionally, committees will meet. While you can absolutely get involved in a committee, your financial support is also greatly beneficial. There is no time commitment required when a sponsorship is purchased.

Q: How is PTO money spent:
A: A large portion of the funds go towards school/classroom improvements and teacher grants. In April 2026 we were able to finish the turf project for our K-2 playground including fixing the large drainage issues. We were also able to provide teachers with grants to support technology such as Progress Learning for the entire school population, Flocabulary, sound equipment for drama/chorus and 3D Printers and supplies. We also funded the butterfly kits for Kindergarten, instruments for music, the Butterfly Garden Revamp, the PBIS store, talented and gifted creativity supplies, T-shirts for the Special Olympics, toys for Speech Therapy, decodable books, classroom supplies as well as the Nourish to Flourish initiative. PTO also coordinates and funds family events like Bingo Night, Paint the Tile Night, Daughter Date Night, Fun with Son and more. PTO funds also go towards hospitality and fun surprises to boost staff morale throughout the year, including Teacher Appreciation Week. This is just a snapshot of the many ways PTO has helped Kelly Mill Elementary.
Q: When will raffle winners be chosen and discount codes be shared?
